Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Orders: 1.1 All orders placed with Food Frost Limited are subject to acceptance by Food Frost Limited. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

2. Pricing and Payment: 2.1 Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. 2.2 Payment terms are subject to terms agreed. 2.3 Late payments may result in the suspension of credit terms. 2.4 You are to pay in cash or in cleared funds on delivery, unless you have a credit account with us.

3. Delivery: 3.1 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. 3.2 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. 3.3 The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery and reporting any damages, items not delivered or discrepancies immediately whilst our driver is there.

4. Title: Title to the goods remains with Food Frost Limited until payment is received in full.

5. Quality and Returns: 5.1 Food Frost Limited warrants that the goods supplied meet the agreed specifications. 5.2 Customers must notify Food Frost Limited of any quality issues within 7 days. 5.3 Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from Food Frost Limited 5.4 No item is allowed to be returned when opened unless there is quality issue. 5.5 Any fresh products

6. Food Safety and Compliance: 6.1 All food products comply with relevant UK food safety and hygiene regulations. 6.2 Food Frost Limited ensures that products are appropriately labeled with relevant information, including allergens.

7. Force Majeure: Food Frost Limited is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or government regulations.

8. Liability: 8.1 Food Frost Limited is not liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage. 8.2 Food Frost Limited's liability for any claim arising out of the sale of goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments: Food Frost Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.

11. Consumer Credit Act 1974, Section 60: In compliance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974, where applicable, Food Frost Limited will ensure that all credit agreements are provided in writing, outlining the terms and conditions of credit arrangements.
